Interesting question, greeneyedgirl. Especially in view of a similar scenario recently in Conestoga, PA. What do you think is the best way to respond??

I have some thoughts. I think first of all do we ever REALLY know our neighbor??? Many many people have things they hide.
I would be very concerned if a sex-offender lived close by but I don't want to live in fear, nor do I want my children to live in fear. I think we need to be smart, be aware, and teach our children the same things. I truly don't want to judge but I don't think I would be inviting this person over to dinner either.
